I'm currently a Director of Research Services at Casey Family Programs, the largest operating foundation in the US focusing on safely reducing the need for foster care. At Casey, I manage a portfolio of research projects and grants aimed at building the evidence base of policies, practices, & programs that prevent child welfare system involvement. I live in Seattle with my wife, and our dog and two cats.
