ECWTP focuses on delivering comprehensive training to disadvantaged and underserved communities in order to prepare them for employment in the fields of environmental restoration, construction, hazardous materials/waste handling, and emergency response. Since 1995, the ECWTP has provided pre-employment and health and safety training to thousands of people from underserved communities nationwide.
