Congratulations to Chandra for her successful defense of her dissertation this week. Her dissertation titled, “Coming Closer? Occupational Change and Black-White Segregation,” was chaired by Professor Barbara Reskin. In addition to finishing her dissertation, Chandra has accepted a position as postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Women's Policy Research in Washington, DC. She leaves Seattle for the other Washington in August.
