Frank has accepted a Post-Doc position at Cornell University. Frank will be joining the Bronfenrenner Center for Translational Research in Cornell's College of Human Ecology as a postdoctoral associate, and will be working with the National Data Archive on Child Abuse and Neglect. He’ll be continuing working on projects strongly connected to his dissertation...looking at the causes and consequences of child welfare policy, plus developing new work on the relationships between systems of child and family welfare and social control across places.
