Man-Lin Chen earned her B.A. in Economics from National Taiwan University. During her undergraduate studies, she spent a year as an exchange student at Lund University School of Economics and Management in Sweden.
Her research interests include social networks, computational methods, social psychology, and population health. Man-Lin is passionate about investigating how social relationships influence inequality, particularly during individuals’ early life stages, and exploring the interaction between social networks and human behavior using diverse quantitative methodologies. Her work has been published in Social Science & Medicine, and she is a recipient of the Taiwan Government Fellowship for Studying Abroad.
In her free time, she enjoys reading and exploring the city with friends.
