Almquist Receives ASA's 2021 Goodman Award

Assistant Professor Zack Almquist has been presented the 2021 Leo Goodman Award by the American Sociological Association’s Methodology Section.  The Goodman Award was created in 2005 to honor an outstanding researcher in the first 15 years of their career. 

Zack’s work was recognized “for contributions to network methodology that are characterized by deep attention to data issues, clear substantive motivation, and technically innovative solutions, leading to techniques that are useful in real-world settings.”

 The awarding committee comprised Geoffrey Wodtke and Glenn Firebaugh.
