Tyler McCormick Awarded an NIH Director's New Innovator Award

The NIH Director’s New Innovator Award is a five-year award will support Tyler McCormick's project, Big Data, Big Models, and Big Bias?: A decision making framework for vital rate estimates based on extrapolation. Part of the High-Risk, High-Reward Research program, the award supports exceptionally creative early career investigators who propose innovative, high-impact projects in the biomedical, behavioral or social sciences within the NIH mission. This is a very special award that recognizes critical and cutting edge work by young scientists.
