Recruitment Weekend is designed to introduce admitted graduate students to the Sociology Department at the University of Washington. The two-day program offers admitted applicants a wonderful chance to meet our faculty, current graduate students, and other prospective students. Attending Recruitment Weekend is also a great opportunity to learn a bit more about the University of Washington as a whole, and life in the Pacific Northwest.  Prospective students who have received notification that they have been admitted to the UW Sociology Ph.D. program for the following year are invited to attend.
